How to Submit Documents?

Documents and other information required for the provision of services should be submitted electronically through the agreed communication channel.

All documents must be clear, legible, complete, and relevant to the applicable reporting period. If additional information is required to understand a document or transaction, please provide it together with the documents.

When to Submit Documents?

Please submit documents within the deadlines specified in the agreement or separately agreed upon. Receiving all required information on time allows us to ensure that tax returns, reports, and other documents are prepared and submitted within the applicable deadlines.

If documents or information are submitted late, previously filed tax returns or reports may need to be amended.

What Is the Client Responsible For?

The Client is responsible for:

  • the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the documents and information provided;
  • providing all documents required for the provision of services;
  • submitting documents and information within the agreed deadlines;
  • informing us of any circumstances or changes that may affect accounting, taxes, or tax returns.

We provide our services based on the documents and information supplied by the Client. If information is provided late, is incomplete, or inaccurate, this may affect service delivery deadlines and the accuracy of prepared tax returns or reports.
